A calm, light-filled co-living home in the heart of Maluri — styled with warm neutrals and the small details that make a house feel cared for.

What changed in this home.
Living & dining
Before: bare walls, scattered furniture, and no lighting layers. After: a warm timber feature wall, layered pendant and track lighting, neutral textiles, and a grounded seating arrangement that makes the room feel intentional.
Living — entry view
Before: an empty pass-through with a sliding glass door and no focal point. After: an Edison-bulb pendant, a styled sofa with throws and cushions, and a centred rug that creates a warm welcome.
Master bedroom
Before: a bare mattress, dated cabinet, and plain walls. After: an upholstered bed, a plaster accent wall, wood trim banding, and curated bedside styling.
Single room
Before: a tight, bare room with no storage or softness. After: a plaster accent wall, soft headboard, compact vanity nook, and honeycomb blinds for a calm, restful retreat.
More than a room. Every wall, textile, and light in Maluri was chosen so tenants step in and feel at home — while owners rest easy knowing the space is protected, managed, and cared for.
